grasblau – the official “Morning Has Broken” office building. The timeless grasblau commercial building was designed entirely in line with the concept of sustainability, making a statement for the future with its modern and sustainable features. IGP Pulvertechnik AG is proud to be a part of this.

Project details
Over approximately 13,400 m² and spanning 6 stories, a picturesque office landscape has been created in the heart of Berlin. The largely glazed façades permit idyllic views of the surrounding green park. Thanks to the large windows, plenty of daylight penetrates into all corners of the rooms, creating a pleasant working environment. For this modern and pioneering project, the IGP products IGP-HWFclassic 5903A90040S70 and IGP-DURA®face 5803EE75117A10 were used for the window profiles and the façade panels. A massive 1,565 kilograms of powder went into the job. The grasblau reference project is located in the immediate vicinity of Berlin’s popular Potsdamer Platz office location with excellent connections to the city’s transport network.
